Since 2010, Christ Church has had a team of runners who have trained together for the Chicago Marathon and raised approximately $1.5 million for clean water, providing opportunities to flourish to over 26,000 children. If you’re thinking, “I can’t do this; I’m not a runner,” guess again! 80% of TWV team members had never run a 5K before signing up for the marathon! Team World Vision’s base training program will literally take you from the couch and never having run a day in your life, to the finish line of your first marathon. Anyone can do this!
